ICT.OPEN 2017

IPA strongly encourages its members (both staff and students) to participate in ICT.OPEN. To this end, IPA reimburses the following:

• registration fees
• hotel accommodation (100 euro max per night, for a max of 2 nights)

Reimbursement takes place after the event has taken place. Prerequisite for reimbursement is that you actually attended ICT.OPEN. Note that the registration is not handled by the IPA Office so any question regarding registration should be directed at the ICT.OPEN organisation.

You can ask for a reimbursement by sending us (via email) a scan of the appropriate bills; however, we prefer to reimburse your research group in case multiple IPA members of the same research group attend ICT.OPEN.
