ICT.OPEN 2025
ICT.OPEN 2025 (held on April 16-17 at the Jaarbeurs, Utrecht) is the next edition of the yearly event for all computer scientist in the Netherlands. Organised by NWO, ICT.OPEN aims to bring together both academics and professionals from industry during two days filled with talks and interaction. The three Dutch research schools for computer science, IPA, ASCI and SIKS are jointly organising a track within ICT.OPEN.
IPA encourages its members (both staff and students) to participate in ICT.OPEN. To this end, IPA reimburses the registration fees, including the hotel night between the first and second day of ICT.OPEN (up to a maximum of €120 p.p., in principle IPA PhD students share a room).
Reimbursement takes place after the event has taken place. Prerequisite for reimbursement is that you actually attended ICT.OPEN. Note that the registration is not handled by the IPA Office so any question regarding registration should be directed at the ICT.OPEN organisation.
You can ask for a reimbursement by sending us (via email) a scan of the appropriate bills; however, we prefer to reimburse your research group in case multiple IPA members of the same research group attend ICT.OPEN. Reimbursement requests should be sent by May 20th at the latest.
